It’s been quite a while since we have done any blog post. I am running out of ideas. But there is a good news, yesterday I bought some new books and I shall post something this week.

Hi there. I just wanted to say that I have enjoyed your posts very much. Also, I don’t know if this would help but Gary Kasparov’s How Life Imitates Chess audio book has been on my playlist now for 4 years. From it I pulled enough “chess thought” to improve my rating by near 200 points (i am still very much a beginner to the game) and applied the strategies toward my life as well. You may have already written about it but I figured I’d throw it out there. Good luck and thanks again.

Can you discuss Fool’s Mate on your blog. That’s a topic I would like to learn more about.

Hello Daniel, expect something on the topic anytime soon now.

    To Jeremy:
So you applied chess in your real life: How many queens did you capture out there?

Thanks for this site; very nice!

This idea isn’t new, but it’s always interesting to learn by reading analysis of critical (decisive) parts of a game.

This is a never ending source of material and can be fitted to beginner/medium/advanced audience.
